We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and prices. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography or screen settings.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders must be paid using the payment methods available during checkout. An order is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from BJAN Electronics.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraud, stock unavailability or incorrect customer information.

If a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders are delivered across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier availability.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, remote locations or courier delays.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact support@bjanelectronics.com within the applicable return period and follow the provided instructions. Products must not be returned without approval.

Product warranty coverage is subject to the warranty terms provided with the product.

Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, liquid damage, normal wear, accidental damage or unauthorized repair.

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.

Customers must read and follow the supplied instructions before operating the product.

The appliance must be used on a stable, heat-resistant surface with a compatible grounded power outlet. Keep it away from children, water and flammable materials.

BJAN Electronics is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsafe operation or failure to follow the instructions.

All website content, including the BJAN name, logo, photographs, graphics, text and design, belongs to BJAN Electronics or its authorized licensors.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, interfere with website operation or use the website for unlawful activities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BJAN Electronics will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from website use, delivery delays or improper product use.
