SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver orders across India through our logistics partner, Shiprocket.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, remote locations or courier delays.
Please provide a complete address and active phone number to avoid delivery problems.
If a package appears damaged at delivery, please take photographs or an unboxing video before using the product.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The package is missing an included item.
To qualify, the product must be unused and returned with its original box, accessories, manuals, labels and invoice. An unboxing video may be required for damage, missing-item or incorrect-product claims.
Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, normal wear, liquid damage or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Contact us at support@bjanelectronics.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Order number
- Reason for the request
- Photographs or video showing the issue
- Photograph of the packaging and shipping label
Our team will review your request and provide return or replacement instructions. Do not send the product back before receiving confirmation.
REFUNDS
After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The amount may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
